I recently received a Prestige Exam., which included a wide range of tests given by several different units in the hospital, over a period of several hours. I speak very little Korean (this text has been translated for me), so Sun Hospital assigned a nurse, Ms. Hong (홍은주 간호사님), to escort me around, explain things to me, and translate things where necessary. She did a terrific job! She was a great communicator and translator, her English was excellent, and she was very kind and attentive. Later, when I returned to discuss the results of the exams with medical staff, she made herself available again to help explainthings better. I very much appreciate everything Ms. Hong did to help me navigate the exam process and all of the communications involved!
