I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the interpreter, Mrs. Hannah, who assisted me during my visit at Yuseong Sun Hospital yesterday.

As a foreign patient, I was very unfamiliar with the medical system and procedures in Korea, and I felt quite nervous about the hospital visit. However, Mrs. Hannah provided exceptional support throughout the entire process.

She spent around two and a half hours accompanying me at the hospital. She carefully listened to my symptoms, accompanied me during the consultation with the doctor, and provided accurate and professional interpretation between Korean and English. She also guided me through four different medical examinations and patiently explained the hospital procedures, the Korean medical system, and important things I should know as a foreign patient in Korea.

Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and caring attitude made a tremendous difference to my experience. Without her help, I truly would not have known how to manage the hospital visit on my own.

Please convey my heartfelt appreciation to Mrs. Hannah. I am deeply grateful for her outstanding assistance and compassionate care.

I sincerely wish Mrs. Hannah continued success and happiness in her future work and life. I believe many international patients will continue to benefit greatly from her professionalism and kindness.
